My path to becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner was inspired by personal experiences. The stigma of mental health obstructs many people's journeys to achieving happiness. As a US Army Veteran, I have seen firsthand how this affects the lives of those struggling and their families. My goal is to enhance awareness and reduce the stigma.
I’m Linda Orji, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over Eleven years of experience in health care. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for individuals with both medical and psychiatric conditions, which deepened my understanding of the powerful connection between the mind, body, and overall well-being.
With 15 years of psychiatric nursing experience, I specialize in compassionate, individualized medication management for clients aged 16 through geriatrics. I am dedicated to supporting mental health and overall well-being across a wide range of conditions.
