My name is Virginia Sanchez, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with several years of experience working in LGBTQIA+, Grief & Loss, Bipolar, Trauma, ADHD, and Autism. I have worked in several different settings; supporting families involved with the Department of Children Services, assisting creating and following through with routines for adults with special needs, developed and ran LGBTQIA+ groups for parents of LGBTQIA+ youth, and provided support to Veterans through the Veteran Crisis Line.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California with a Master’s degree from the University of Southern California. I’ve worked in the mental health field for over a decade and have spent the past eight years providing therapy to adolescents and adults. My work focuses on supporting clients through challenges related to self‐esteem, anxiety, family and peer relationships, body image, depression, academic and work stress, grief and loss, and anger management.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW) with over five years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate challenges related to relationships, anxiety, stress, trauma, and depression. My background spans school settings, child and family services, and the medical field, allowing me to support clients across different life stages and experiences. I’ve worked with adolescents, emerging and middle-aged adults, older adults, and families from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and sexual identity backgrounds. Whether I’m helping a couple rebuild trust, guiding a parent and child through conflict, or supporting someone coping with loss, I aim to create a space that feels accepting, grounded, and safe.
