Though the foundation of my work is behavioral, I develop integrated treatment plans for each new client, drawing on other evidence-based modalities and new research.
As a licensed clinical psychologist with over 10 years of clinical experience, I recognize how significant the decision is to begin therapy. I work with a broad range of people and problems, but my focus is primarily on adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I also help people struggling with relationship issues and various life transitions.
