Many people come to therapy not because something is "wrong" with them, but because they're ready for something different. I believe that most people who seek support aren't broken, they're brave. They've decided that something needs to shift, and they're willing to do the work to get there.
Whether you're navigating past trauma, breaking patterns that no longer serve you, or working through negative self-talk, you don't have to figure it out alone.
I'm Joanna Saint Jacques, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with children and adults across a range of life experiences. My approach is warm, direct, and deeply collaborative. We work together to explore what's holding you back and create space for real, lasting change.
Hi, I’m Jessica, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing virtual therapy in Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Florida. My personal experiences have deeply shaped the way I approach therapy and the kind of space I strive to create for clients. I know firsthand that healing and growth are rarely linear, and that support looks different for everyone. Because of that, I don’t believe therapy should feel rigid or “one size fits all.”
My approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded in genuine human connection. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can exhale a little, show up authentically, and talk openly about both the heavy things and the everyday moments that still matter. Yes, I absolutely want to hear about your stressful week, your latest life spiral, and how your pets are doing too. Alongside the deeper work, I believe there is real value in feeling comfortable enough to be fully yourself in session.
I strive to create an environment where you feel heard, supported, and never judged. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, stressors, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck while building practical tools, emotional insight, and confidence that feel sustainable outside of therapy. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling more grounded, more connected to yourself, and more capable of navigating life with clarity, self-trust, and compassion.
Do you find yourself overthinking relationships, second-guessing yourself, or feeling emotionally exhausted from trying to hold everything together? Many of the women I work with come to therapy feeling drained from trying to “do everything right” while still feeling anxious, unsure of themselves, or disconnected from who they are.
My goal is to create a space where you can be yourself without pressure or judgment. I’m warm, compassionate, and active in sessions , helping you identify patterns, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and develop practical tools you can use in your daily life.
I believe therapy should feel both supportive and productive. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more confident, emotionally grounded, and secure in yourself and your relationships.
