The work of therapy entails a deep, genuine engagement with ourselves - at times the unknown or unpleasant parts of ourselves. I have been practicing psychotherapy with individuals and couples for 20 years and I am committed to offering my clients expert and compassionate help on this courageous journey.

I have over 10 years of experience and extensive post-graduate training specializing in depression, anxiety, complex trauma, issues related to identity, and I offer particular attunement to individuals who identify as LGBTQAI+.
My background is in psychoanalytic psychotherapy/psychoanalysis and my approach to therapy is determined by the needs of each individual, which will make our time together a powerful space for self-reflection and growth.
