Hi! I’m Mariel Feld, a licensed clinical social worker with over seven years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. I specialize in working with people facing depression, trauma, and major life transitions.
Does adulting or thinking about the future make you second guess yourself? Having challenges with postpartum or not feeling like yourself? Close to graduating? Going through a transition or struggling with anxiety, overthinking, low self-esteem, life stressors? Let's talk about it!
I hope to help you find your style of adjusting, coping, and healing! This is through a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to process life transitions and stressors.
Through an individualized therapeutic approach, I explore the unconscious motivations that prevent clients from reaching their goals. I practice cognitive and behavioral therapy and can assist clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, career, relationship and behavioral issues. Life experience and maturity enable me to help clients pursue their journey to personal and professional fulfillment.
A decision to begin therapy is not always easy, but it can be a decision that is life changing. Benefits of psychotherapy include greater self-awareness, decreased emotional distress, better problem solving skills, and healthier more fulfilling relationships. I ensure a safe space, and will build a trusting relationship that is open and nonjudgmental to work collaboratively with you on achieving your personal goals.
Whether you are returning to therapy, or beginning for the first time, sometimes taking the initial step to reach out can feel daunting. Feel free to email me with any questions or inquiries.
I also offer video/remote teletherapy sessions for those who need more flexible scheduling.
Hi, I’m Maya, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience working with adults and children from diverse backgrounds. Throughout my career, I’ve supported individuals navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and trauma—often during times when they felt overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward.
I’m especially passionate about working with women and individuals facing grief, maternal mental health challenges, infertility, relationship stress, and major life transitions. My work is rooted in helping people reconnect with their sense of autonomy, voice, and inner strength. I believe meaningful change begins when you feel truly heard and supported.
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable and overwhelming and taking this first step often requires courage. If you are feeling weighed down by anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges, you do not have to navigate it alone. My priority is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. Together, we will make sense of your story, explore the challenges you are carrying, and work toward meaningful change.
I began my career as a Fulbright Scholar, conducting research on traditional medicine in Sochi, Russia. I presented my work at the United States Embassy in Moscow, highlighting cross-cultural perspectives in healthcare and integrative practice.
After completing my grant, I attended New York University (NYU). I then completed a residency at M.D. Anderson Hospital in Houston, Texas. I went on to earn my doctorate from the University of San Diego, California, where I focused on digital telehealth treatment for psychiatric care.
I am passionate about working with Veterans and individuals experiencing Depression, Anxiety, and Mood Disorders. In 2023, I completed CIIS training in psychedelic-assisted therapy. In 2025, I was among the first providers in Colorado and in the country to become licensed as a psilocybin facilitator.
